Anyone have any experiences/insights with staffing firms in the New York, Boston or LA areas? Looking to get in contact with some to expand my job search in research, sales & trading and portfolio management.

Yeah, it would be hilarious if it weren't so tragic that so many of the gatekeepers are so ignorant. I still remember an ad that read:
"Top position in Global Marco. Attention to detail is critical!"
