请教大家，以下两个公式

Taxes on capital gains are deferred FVIFCGT = [(1 + R)N(1 -TCG) + TCG]TDA FVIFTDA = (1 + R)N(1 -TN)

什么时候应该用哪个啊？

two different concepts for different situations.

Because $ put into a TDA account has never been taxed, so Tcg won't apply in that case.

if your $ is in a TDA account, then use the second formula.

if your $ is in a taxable account, then use the first formula
