【1】系统工程师（安防）

   工作城市：北京，上海，广州

职位描述:

1）负责安防工程设备安装，系统配置和调试，并提升客户满意度。
2）部分工程的项目管理。
3）为销售部及其它部门提供咨询与协助。
4）对安防系统进行设计，用AutoCAD绘制设计图。
5）对系统进行测试并做相应的故障排除。
6）现场对客户进行培训。
7）不断补充和提升安防理念和系统的专业知识，以提供卓越的安防服务。

职位要求：

1）电子、计算机、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业大学本科以上学历。
2）三年以上安防工程、电子工程、或小型电子工程施工、测控系统工程等相关的工作经
3）有外资公司环境工作背景者优先。
4）具有丰富的电子、自控、电脑软硬件知识，掌握了数据库和网络等IT实际操作技能。
5）若熟悉门禁，CCTV监控和入侵报警相关产品和子系统，是优势。
6）可在项目现场工作，有项目管理经验，是优势。
7）良好的沟通，协调能力，客户服务导向。
8）快速学习能力。
9）国内求职者，需具有初级、中级或以上的工程技术专业的技术职称。

【2】客户服务工程师

   工作城市：北京，上海

职位描述:

1）与客户代表合作，快速响应客户需求，协调本区域内所有客户的安防系统的运行及使用问题，
2）安防系统的支持和售后服务，包括日常例行维护、保养，系统升级/扩充/变更，及提供操作和日常维护的培训
3）安防系统的设计，用AutoCAD绘制设计图。
4）提升客户满意度，维护客户关系。
5）争取与客户签订新的支持和客户维护新合同。

职位要求：

1）电子、自动化、机电一体化或计算机等相关专业大专以上学历。
2）１年以上安防行业"客服工程师"工作经验，有外企工作背景者优先。
3）需具备门禁，监控，入侵报警等相关知识和工作经验。
4）掌握IT系统基本知识，如计算机硬件，网络和数据库等相关知识。
5）能够在压力下工作。
6）优秀的问题分析及解决能力。

【3】项目经理

   工作城市：北京，上海，广州

职位描述:

1）根据公司的制度和标准进行项目管理，包括项目前期准备和现场工程协调及验收交工。
2）对项目进行全程的筹备安排。
3）管理项目团队和分包商。
4）确保客户满意并提供最好的服务。
5）对项目文档资料进行编订，更新和维护等管理。
6）参加每周的项目会议。
7）向客户提供项目进展的周报告。
8）项目质量控制。

职位要求：

1）电子、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业大学本科以上学历。
2）三年以上安防工程、电子工程、或小型电子工程施工、测控系统工程等相关的工作经验。　
3）有两年以上项目管理工作经验，外企工作经验者优先。
4）熟悉基本的安防系统（CCTV /Access contorl / Alarm) ，具备系统设计、安装施工、现场管理经验者优先。
5）优秀的项目管理，组织和协调能力。
6）良好的分析能力，关注细节，并且能够承担嘞罟ぷ鳌? • 优秀的沟通，人际和语言表达能力。
7）良好的计划和组织能力。

【4】安防系统管理员（专业安防服务）
   工作地点:　北京，　1人　
   业务范围: 专业服务
   服务部门: 外派服务

岗位职责:

1）外派的系统操作员将被派驻到客户现场（多为跨国公司）协助客户维护由ICD提供和安装的系统，确保正常运行和客户需求实现，获得最大的投资收益。
2）操作、维护和管理由ICD提供和安装的安防系统
3）及时和准确地完成所有对内、对外工作报告；
4）有前瞻意识的响应潜在的设备故障，避免不可预见性的影响客户正常业务的故障发生；
5）识别非常规、有潜在风险的事件，并及时报告;
6）高效、以结果为导向实现系统故障排除和提供保养性维护；
7）以提供客户预防性维护和优化设备功效的配置来确保客户的满意度；
8）不断地提高相关的系统知识和服务技能；
9）全日制在指派客户现场工作；
10）具备环境、健康和安全意识；

职位要求:

1）必须专科以上学历,本科学历优先，专业以电子类、计算机科学、自动化工程和机械工程类专业为优先。
2）成熟、专业的外在形象和沟通技巧；
3）3年以上安防、IT、电子或自动化领域相关的客户服务工作经历者优先；
4）良好的计算机硬软件技术, WAN/LAN, 和微软办公操作系统使用技能；
5）具备良好的服务意识、积极主动、自律；
6）有一定安防的产品和系统经验者优先；
7）有效率的，有成效的，一切以结果为导向的工作态度；
8）良好的的团队合作精神；
8）良好的英文书写和阅读能力，能够进行基本口语沟通优先；

【5】Technical Training Specialist 技术培训专员

   工作地点：北京
   汇报对象：部门经理

培训专员负责为内部员工和客户提供专业的技术培训，并制定培训计划和培训流程，做培训评估，并跟进培训效果。

职责描述：

1. 编写安防系统和产品的培训材料和制定培训流程。
2. 组织内部员工进行培训并讲授培训课程。
3. 负责制定培训效果评估考核。
4. 培训效果考核结果总结并改善。
5. 整理培训课程反馈，总结并改善培训课件。
6. 为公司销售和客户提供产品技术培训。
7. 其他部门要求的工作。

职位要求：

1. 学士或以上学历，自动控制，计算机或相关专业。
2. 2年以上在安防系统或安防产品公司的培训或技术工作经验。
3. 良好的英语沟通能力。
4. 计算机操作熟练，windows, office 和Power Point。
5. 学习欲望强烈。
6. 技术表达能力好，工作思路情绪。
7. 有团队合作精神。

【6】Trainee- On Site Technical Service Engineer 管理培训生 (技术服务工程师)

   Location: Beijing and Shanghai
   Business Unite: Professional Services Group

General Description:

As a training program, the trainee will master relevant technical skills of Security system by working in different operation department in a period. In the future, they will work on client’s site / office, and provide excellent customer maintenance and services to specific customer group (mainly multinational company or international organization clients), enhance security products and systems usage.

Main Responsibilities:

1）Provide high quality, value added, and 100% customer satisfactory service solutions.
2）Operate and maintain multi-vendor systems solutions.
3）Optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
4）Performs security management system as Operator/Administrator role on site.
5）Completed all necessary external and internal timely and accurate professional reports.
6）Troubleshoot operation and maintenance problems with high efficiency and solution focused.
7）Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.
8）Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.
9）Delivers (does not design) fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software.
10）Continuously upgrade knowledge and technology of security system and services.
11）Coordinate project program issues between clients and company.

Requirements:

1）Mature and professional image in personal aspects and communications.
2）Bachelor engineering degree, major in Electronic, Computer Science, Automation engineering…etc or equivalent.
3）Excellent English. Can communicate in oral and writing.
4）1-3 years work experience.
5）Good technical background and skills---IT, hardware, software, net work, Electronic and database.
6）At least 1 year experience in customer services institution: security, IT, electronics, automatics or related fields.
7）Strong customer service sense and skills as demonstrated by an ability to anticipate and meet customer needs.
8）Proven ability to build relationships with clients, users and colleagues.
9）Good communication and coordination skills
10）Outstanding graduate will be considered, either.
