我现在在美国读master of information system. I checked ACCA's website, and got to know I should be able to get exemption of F1-F3.
My question is:
Do I have to get me degree before I apply Exemption?
I am planning to graduate on Dec, namely, one more semester. But I won't have any business course on next semester.
If I can apply now, what should I need? My official transcript?

According to Chinese policy, you can register either now with your official transcript, or after your graudation with your certification. Maybe the examption should be different.
