F1 Chapter1中有提到一个Mendelow’s matrix 其中 High interest and low power 以及High interest and high power 分别应该是现实生活中哪两类人？我们老师说后者是customer但是我听网课时老师说前者是customer而后者是managers 到底哪个才是正确的啊？彻底绕晕了···
