So the general consensus is that Book 2 of the Practice Exams is much more difficult than Book 1 (which are both more difficult than the actual exam).
I finished Book 1 yesterday and got 61%, 67%, and 61% on each of the 3 practice exams, taking one a day.
Today, I completed Book 2 - Exam 1 and got 74%.

Try the 2nd to last exam in book 2 towards the end. It starts off easy and then boom.
