1. what is affliated broker?
2. when an employee work part time for other organization which does not compete with his firm, is it a must that he need to get a written consent? is it a must he need to provide full disclosure to his company?

2. depends on if it will affect his day job. If so, need to disclose everything and get consent before accepting.
