The problem on page 261 of the Ethics book talks about interest adjustments for erronous trades made to a client’s account. Look at questions 3 and 4.
What section talks about crediting client accounts in case of trade allocation errors? The answers make it sound like it was covered in the text, but I cannot find it. Is this something that we are supposed to conclude on by ourselves?
