From what I understand, as long as you know the basic accounting formula (assets = liabilities + equity), you should be set for FSA.
As for the equity valuation part, just make sure you know the gordon growth model.
With this knowledge, you should be able to blow through any equity or accouting question, which sets you up nicely, since these two sections are the most heavily tested.作者: clearlycanadian 时间: 2013-4-28 11:02

There are 400++ LOS in the Level II curriculum.
If you’re hoping to pass the L2 exam by learnng only a handful of these LOS, you “wud” be making a mistake.
The CFAI does a good job of sampling among all LOS in the curriculum.
Altaf9; it may be wise for you to wait for the December 2012 Level I CFA exam results on January 22nd before investing a lot of time in studying for L2.作者: siavosh 时间: 2013-4-28 11:02
