请问CFA一级GIPS里的：CROSS-OF-FEES 和NET-OF-FEES是什么意思啊？

楼主找一份GIPS的standard，最后都有名词解释啊：[em01]

Gross-of-Fees Return: The return on assets reduced by any TRANSACTION EXPENSES incurred during the period.

Net-of-Fees Return: The Gross-of-Fees return reduced by the INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT FEE.
