请问下， 最近发现我的cfa账号无法登陆， 说是不存在，但前几天上还是好好的。然后我通过忘记密码查询，输入了我的姓名和邮箱，却又说是无法找到我的信息，这是怎么回事啊？？ 着急中。。。

从这里登录：http://www.cfainstitute.org/finsecustomer_enu/start.swe，找回密码需要填写：
