Under U.S. GAAP, land owned by the firm is most likely to be reported on the balance sheet at: A. historical cost B. fair market value minus selling costs C. historical cost less accumulated depreciation 答案：A land确定不用折旧吗？notes上哪里有？完全没有看到。。。求好心人给予指点~~~

一般来说，企业自有土地不计提折旧，因为土地的属性（几乎永久存在）决定了其不存在耗损。但是企业外购的土地属于“外购无形资产”，应作为无形资产摊销，一般不少于10年。
