notes4 page18 上半页的例题里，要求vacancy and collection losses，解答里说等于5075000

notes上面写的基于gross rental income,但是做法确是按照potential gross income,也就是包含了other income。原版书中的做法是基于potential gross income的，推荐原版书中的做法。
