收到PCP的email，不知道需不需要回复呢
我是今年6月考试的时候把橡皮擦的 外包装纸皮 一起带进考场了，入座前proctor检查的时候也没说什么，考试中另一个Proctor过来把皮收了，考完之后还给我，说要report，当时觉得很冤，因为我是经过他们检查才带进去的。和他们理论了好久，最后他们还是说要report，但会写清楚，我在皮上没写任何东西，而且我的物品都是经过first proctor检查的。
我现在收到PCP的email，但最后有一句，

he Professional Conduct Program has determined that no formal inquiry into this matter is warranted. 是不是表示不是很严重，需要回复吗？如果需要回复，怎样回复比较好？
