level 1里面有一个问题，
book1里面的page28.
A memeber tells a client that he can get her a good deal on a car through his father-in-law but instead gets him a poor deal and accepts part of the commission on the car purchase.
comment:
The memeber has been dishonest and misrepresented the facts of the situation and has, therefore, violated the Standard.
主要这个example根本没有看明白。。。谁能解释一下吗？？？谢谢啊。。

mispresentation violates not only the CFAs standard, but also business law in north american. clients can ask to nullify the contract if mispresentation exists before/during the deal.

请参考原版教材volume 1 p36 example 3。ethics这部分还是看原版教材吧。notes写得太过简略，尤其是examples
