问题是：答案选B，请问C错在哪里呢？对照notes，好像说的完全一样。

“Amortizing assets require periodic payments of principal and interest, while non-amortizing assets’ periodic payments consist solely of the interest due. ”这里的amortizing asset里面的perodic payment还有depreciation。

“Collateral for secured amortizing assets does not change in composition”，所以这句话肯定也是不对的。

所以选B。
