如题。。。这句话怎么理解呢。。为什么用原来的PV/（1-10%）。。
不是很明白the most he can pay for..翻了下书。。没有找到相关章节

Down Payment 首付，就是首付10%

我理解就是首付吧？买房子20w，put a 10cent percent down，就是首付10%，剩下分期还贷

还是不明白。。首付是10%，那为什么most he can pay要除以（1）-10%呢？
