题目是这样的

b. barriers to entry
c. rivalry among existing firms in the industry
答案是b
但是我觉得在note book4 p99也写到capital requirements to construct the facilities and other infrastructure required to enter the industry是factors affecting the threat of new entrants into the industry.那么加大capital expenditure应该是加大了barriers to entry?
