Should be passed. The questions are not difficult as long as you understand concepts well. One thing minded...donot set your clock and ring every ten mininutes at the exam day. I did a stupid thing and arrived the exam place one and half hours later. Luckily, the CFA exam allow people late and most questions in the morning are concepts, and do not invlove many caculations, I managed to finished 5 mininutes earlier.
