[CFA Level 2] 2010年mock二级上午第32题 current

在计算current ratio的时候，不应该从current asset中减掉购买lisam用得那500million现金吗？
我觉得答案不对，有人可以解释一下吗？

immediately after的话，就是已经扣去cost以后的财务报表吧～～

但是，这里的问题是，在计算33题的时候，long-term debt 比 total asset ratio的计算里，为什么在分母里减去了500。。。。。
我们的B/S已经是following acquisition的话，就应该像32题一样，不减去那个500了吧。。。大家是这样理解的吗？
