为什么大家都说p／s ratio are particularly appropriate for valuing stocks in mature or cyclical industries and start-up companies.

start up 的话，我想是因为该公司没有earning 记录，所以用p/e , p/b不大方便。

那么为什么其他种类的公司也用p/s比较好呢？

谢谢，但为什么要在这些特定的比如mature或者 cyclical的industry里面用p/s呢？ 其他比如denfensive的industry里面为什么不用p/s呢？
