About CFA work experience contain, research, google, investment, experience

Does anyone know work in SETTLEMENT (back office in Bank) whether count in CFA work experience??

Since CFA website state that at least 50% must contain in investment decision making,
but just did a little research on google, some said it doesn't count but some said it is.

Had been worked for two years but still not yet had a chance to move to the front office.
