对，题目中的concern是不利因素的意思。 但是我认为相对于B中没有experience ，A中14年那么久，很可能不独立。而independent显然更重要。

是有利因素，positive+原因。非negative 我想你理解错了

首先非常感谢你的回答。 但照你的思路，C也是对的，以前有别的董事会的经验，不是不利因素啊~

B表示此人qualify 是可以的。。。所以答案B。。。
