a consoliated balance sheet 不是Proportionate consolidation, 而是指Acquisition method，要计算Equity, 要加上minority interest 500 在equity里。

要剪掉500。 因为 EXHIBIT 1里面的merick manufacturing 的报表里包含了一项 LONG -TERM INVESTMENT 500, 说明这个表是按EQUITY method制作的，所以在用PROPORTIONAL COMBINATION重新做表的时候，要把这个LONG TERM INVESTMENT 500减去。减的不是cash,是long term investment.
