这楼怎么一下午时间盖的这么快,我又从头看了一遍，大多题目都达成共识了，就说一下一些自己的想法。
1 ethical里有一题问recommended practice，选项有 disclose all shares，restrict private placement。前面同学说选前者，但是我记得题目明明说recommended，二不是你必须做的。
2。manager最容易control的risk是什么，我选了financial，觉得manager完全可以控制公司借多少债，不知道其他同学选operating的理由
3。题干关于defined contribution plan，选项有cash，obligation，both。不知道答案，我选了cash
