Dude, best self made notes are those you write yourself. Notes are really a paraphasing of the CFA text, and it's through reading the text and making notes that you learn material. Reading your notes just helps you to remember what you've already learnt.
But what you could try is the Schweser booklet which summarizes the CFA text. Can't recall the booklet name - search the Schweser site.
