Every half year they get permission from the court to allow for the exams (June and Dec). Or at least they have been able to get that for the last couple of years I guess.
The permissions are not yet out for the June 2011 exams. But I think they should be able to get it as usual.
I'll post it in here once we get a mailer stating that India is available as a test center  .
