Thanks db_4life for your comment. You're a true profession, good for you! There have been studies to show that firms with diversity are more profitable that plain vanilla cookie jar cutter shops, attract more talent and grow. Look it up if you like but some people do just do things for fear of legal liabilities. Like I said people who never experienced it think it's nothing and mostly believe it's not worth talking about b/c they don't want to deal with it. The world is far from an ideal but people should pursue what is fair and just and not give up b/c it's a f-en mess. If progress was not made, we would still have slavery, racial genocide [some people say this is still happening in eastern Europe, Afghanistan, formerly Burma] but why contribute even on a smaller scale in people hating? |
