yeah, i agree with the above comments, the pay is not that handsome, but for a fresh graduate , it is pretty cool!! It might because china's stock market are not fully developed. but as a newly founded IB in china, i think it should be fine......if the company grow, benefit should come later......but sometimes the culture of a company is very important though........
