No, I did not use audio summaries. Email support was very prompt but I only asked couple of questions. It turned out there were mistakes in curriculum. Later pointed out in errata by CFAI.

Their practice questions were very comprehensive (except for equity section).

I am also surprised why only few people are talking about finquiz here. These forums should be able to help candidates in selecting prep providers based on peer reviews. Except for the fact that their mock exam was brutal last year, I hardly find any opinions (good or bad) about their material.
