another place for ppl who have cleared L3 and are charter holders? important, something, provided, separate, another

I clicked on L1 before i cleared L1.
I ............... L2 ......................... L2.
I click on L3 .... because i am taking L3.

But after passing L3 I need a forum/link of my own.

Wouldn't it be a good idea for the moderators/admin to create new link for ppl post L3 so that they can discuss other important things in a separate place. Atleast i would like to have something - provided i clear l3.
What say?

... or is 'General Discussion' is a place for that?
