Last year the test was out at Homebush, in the Dome at Sydney Olympic Park.

I think the nearest hotel is the Novotel that is just a short walk away from the centre, but there is also a train station just across the road from the test centre.

Disclosure: I have not checked the location of the exam for this year, so it may be being held elsewhere.
