| 有的啊，在soft dollar standard, VI disclosure里面的讲额外需要披露的东西，有讲到一个关于client-directed brokerage的。条款是这么说的：the investment manager is not obligated to report amounts of client-directed brokerage that constitute less than 10 percent of the aggregte. |
