Advice on AM Indiv and Institutional Questions Advice, structured, simple

Like last year, this area which I thought I did well in and structured my answers based on prior exams, etc, ended up being the area I scored the worst in.

I kept it short and simple and am 90% certain I came up with the right answer, so why <50% in these areas? Any thoughts from those who passed?
