Loan, an asset or a debt?
I'm not always sure if the loan is an asset or a debt to the company.
1, If a bank makes a loan, the loan is an asset to the bank. Right?
2, If a bank takes out a loan, the loan is a debt to the bank. Right?
Any other ways to say it? |
