calculations vs. concepts concepts, noticed, require, wonder, actual

Have you noticed that, in mock exams 2008-2011 PM sessions, there are fewer questions (less than 25% IMHO) that require actual calculations compared to the rest rest require understanding/explaining of the concepts? Since CFAI does not publish actual PM sessions, I wonder the same will be case in the actual exam. What do you think?
