I am using 2008 schweser to study for the June exam. There are some paragraphs added here and there, things eliminated. Financial statement seems to have the most change. I wouldn’t say you would fail if you study from the 2008 program. You can start studying ethics and quant for now because these haven’t changed and then use the new books to study the rest.
