This is very similar to the approach I took, at least in terms of the timeline. Having 7 weeks to review, take exams and all that was really important I thought and something I did not have for Level I (first time studying in 10 years so not efficient) and II (December to June turnaround).

FWIW, I felt more prepared for Level 3 than I did for the others (I passed each on first try, thankfully) but I also thought that Level 3 was the hardest exam even though it was the more interesting curriculum.

I would do the CFAI EOC questions twice, once on your first go through and then again during that last ~5 weeks review period.

And finally, yeah do behavioral twice. It is almost guranteed to show up and it's really not that hard if you put in the time.
