Tell you guys a funny story, when I was studying for CAIA, I magically had a check come in from good old Morgan Stanley, for what you ask? It was a class settlement payout for Morgan's sexism while I was there so many years ago. It was hilarious. This is why manager need to be careful who they hire so they don't hire people who end up costing the firm multi-millions for stupid stuff.

I don't know what's worst but I think sexism is easier to overcome than racism. But population wise, half the world is female so sexism would impact more people but then there are more races of people too... no idea...
