I think that a lot of people here misunderstand that the "CFAI textbooks" are simply compilations of chapters from other text books. They aren't written specifically for the CFA program and hence the end of chapter questions aren't written specifically for the CFA program either. It's up to the candidate to make sure they understand the material well.
