You should take pointers from the type of questions in the practice exams…those will define the scope of understanding you need to exhibit in any given category.
Your goal should be to pass, not to “learn everything”. You’ll have plenty of time to learn much of this information, in much greater detail than the CFA Institute goes into, on the job - which is the *best* type of learning in my opinion.
