I am waiting on the same thing. I actually missed my local society's (Calgary) December meeting by one day.

It says that I have 9 decision days remaining, but I might call them today because I was told they meet mid-month, and it's approaching 'late month' IMO now!

Our local annual forecast dinner is tomorrow and I figured that they would have had to meet in advance of it.
