Failing Sections of the Exam? particular, anybody, failing, usually, whether

Does anybody knows whether failing in "any" of the particular exam section gives an automatic fail? My ethics aren't always my strongest point but I usually do well in other sections to make up for it. Just wondering..... Thanks in advance!
