major worry knowledge, remember, material

I have just gone through all the material (after about 3 months of study) and have realised i remember a very minimal amount.

What would you suggest is the best course of action? I am worried that if i spend time going over the material again i will not have time for exam prep. If i start doing exam qs i am worried about not having a strong enough knowledge!
