CFA1 Sample Exams vs. Mock Exams only, understand, practice, several

I understand the CFA1 sample exams are $40 each (1st one free) and the mock exams are $60 each or two for $100. Do you guys recommended both? I’ve read where several people say that many of the questions from these exams show up on the actual exam. I also read that the exams are online and you can’t print them to study later. Is this true? If so, it does not seem right to pay for practice exams that you only get to see once.
