Leave blank work experience in CFA L1 registration? enter, problems, blank, experience, without

What are the consequences of leaving the work experience section blank in the CFA Level 1 exam registration application? I dont have time to reformat my experience to make it acceptable to CFA Institute. Can I take the exam without problems? I will probably enter the work experience later for L2 or L3 if I pass L1.
