根据one third rule,1% increase in capital per labor hour leads to 1/3% increase in real GEP per labor hour.
但是在new growth theory中又说道，economic growth =growth in capital per libor hour.
这到底是怎么回事儿呢，难道one third rule不适用于new growth theory么？
