Minimum requirement in a exam??? something, subjects, number, about

Hi,
Is there something like, if you score less than 50% in any subject
you will not be qualified in the exam? Also,  is there any
minimum number of subjects in which you need to score more than 70%?
If anyonw know about this, let me know.
