| Rockstar: Volume 6 p 192 & forward talk about ETFs. Usually The company needs to have very deep pockets and a good reputation to start an ETF. (Like State Street.) I believe anyone with deep enough pockets and liquidity can start one, (register w/ the SEC etc.), but b/c of the requirements, only a few companies do start them. I hope that helps. |
