I took the exam in Chicago and estimated there were about 800 people who actually showed up. I have a buddy who passed L1 a few years ago and he had about 1500 people taking it with him. That's a huge drop off in demand to take these exams thanks to all of the problems in the finance sector. That helps us in some ways but it also means that a lot of marginal employees in the finance arena who might have pulled the curve down are not there to help anymore. |
